What a great episode! We loved seeing the final results-very interesting to watch the contestants translate their vision into an actual shoe. We totally agreed with the judges that Matthew’s shoe deserved to win-it was elegant and easy to wear (and a silicon insert-we love you for that alone).

This was by far and away the best episode yet.. the contestants’ true talent (or lack thereof) finally shone through with a real shoe! Interestingly the vision they expressed in their individual consultations at FIT were often times different than the end-result.

Finally! And it begins…the contestants are brought to designer Rebecca Taylor’s offices and are shown pieces of the collection-and given 10 minutes to do a “Quickfire Sketch Challenge”.
