The Burberry Spring 2013 show was quite a success when it came to the colorful pieces. Inspired by a corset found in the Burberry archives, Christopher Bailey’s silhouettes were mostly nipped at the waist giving his dip-dyed trenches and metallic separates a lady-like edge. Although, I could have done without of the capelets and the white/nude sections of the show, I thought Bailey turned out a fresh show full of bold, jewel tones and even a jealousy inducing finale of metallic colored trenches-I want one now!
