O snap!

As Heidi says, one day you’re in and the next day you’re out… even on the judging panel of Project Runway All-Stars. Instead of Nina, Michael Kors, Ms. Klum and Mr. Tim “Make it Work!” Gunn, the show’s judges are: Isaac Mizrahi, Georgina Chapman (of Marchesa and married-to-Harvey Weinstein fame), Angela Lindvall and Joanna Coles (of MarieClaire).

In case you’re one of those compulsive, crazy (this handbag is my baby) freaks like me- Isaac Mizrahi’s new Spring/ Summer collection may speak to you. When asked if these brilliant, but very trendy neon totes would go on sale, the store manager replied, “Neon is Isaac’s neutral, so no”.

However, these show-stoppers have a much more functional side.. they come with a nylon duster attached as part of the design. So if you’re caught in a rain storm, simply pull up the cover and tighten the drawstring to keep your investment safe from the storm- or any other mess that might come your way.

The Best (And WORST) of Fashion Week

As things start to wind down we wanted to do at least a few posts on what we thought were the more significant showings this season- at least from an accessories standpoint.

And while we haven’t decided on a “Best” yet, this shot from Isaac’s show today unfortunately speaks for itself. (Which is really too bad because I personally happen to have been obsessed with him since watching Unzipped.) He’s basically your favorite gay friend, except funnier, smarter, 100X more stylish, and wears a bandana.

Through the bankruptcy, Bergdorf’s and even Liz Claiborne, we stood by him.. AND of course we realize fashion is, um.. subjective, but start to finish this is just so wrong!!
