Best Dressed, Golden Globes 2012: The night clearly belonged to Emma Stone. Her gown was phenom, but leave it to Alber to pull off an accessory coup (custom-made eagle leather belt, crystal studded heels and earrings styled as hair barrettes from the S/S 12 collection, ALL LANVIN).

There are just a few images up on WWD.com of the Lanvin Pre-Fall 2012 collection, but they’re all pretty good!
That camellia pink he does so well appears per usual, as does the emerald green, both in sweet dresses. I happen to love the black skirt and white blouse look as well- so clean and neat and what excellent shapes/proportions! Can’t wait to see more! - RS (Images via WWD)
Magazines are always coming up with kooky ways to grab our attention, though this ‘Smurfs’ editorial in the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar is a bit kookier than usual. Smurfette has a full spread wearing the season’s top trends and hottest designers including Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton and Lanvin. You know you need to take a vacation when a cartoon has a better wardrobe than you do.
Loving Lanvin
The understated elegance of pearls and the tough look of chains… two of our favorite accessory fixes. Yes, we’ve been layering our pearls and chains for years, melding our girly with our rocker. This is why we LOVE Lanvin’s pearl and chain necklaces.
Our current favorite on DesignerSocial is this amazing Lanvin Couture Pearl and Chain Necklace.

This incredible piece is the perfect extra for a casual skinny jeans and t-shirt look, or to give a simple cocktail dress a point of interest.
This necklace has been all over magazine editorial features. Get it right as Rita Wilson does here in Harper’s Bazaar, with her Growing In and Out of Fashion piece.

She really does know how to make a look fab at any age.
And speaking of accessories transcending any age, we could imagine twenty something Molly Gunn in the movie Uptown Girls rocking this neckwear. How would you wear this Lanvin piece?
